What to Expect from Our Recruitment Process

  • Application

Candidates are invited to apply through Indeed or by sending a CV and cover letter to our in-house Recruiter. If the applicant meets our criteria (e.g. over 18 years old, relevant experience, and suitable location) an interview is scheduled within one week.

  • Interview

The process begins with a telephone interview conducted by our Recruiter, focusing on the candidate's ability to commute and general suitability for the role. If the candidate is deemed suitable, they will move on to a face-to-face interview, either at our Head Office or via video call. This interview will explore their work history, skills, and personal goals.

  • Verification and Reference Checks

After passing the interview, the candidate's work history and references are verified to assess their reliability and communication skills. Additionally, all necessary personal documents, including proof of the right to work, will be collected.

  • Hiring

Once verification and reference checks are complete, an official offer of employment will be issued. This will be accompanied by a welcome letter containing important contact information, as well as key guidelines on holidays, absences, and staff safety.
